Arkadi is a highly skilled entertainment lawyer providing strategic counsel to artists, creators, and businesses in interactive entertainment, film, and digital media in the United States and Europe. Throughout his career, Arkadi has worked with and for a diverse clientele, including Activision Blizzard and Nintendo. Whether emerging talent to international conglomerates, Arkadi ensures their intellectual property, contractual rights, and financial interests are protected. Arkadi is a published author and was awarded the Google Copyright Award for his research into the legal challenges for the esports industry under existing copyright laws. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Entertainment Law Section, the largest of its kind in the world, as well as a member of the Esports Bar Association.
